【人稱代名詞】 (Das Personal Pronomen)

在英文中，人稱代名詞用來代表某人，以避免某名字不斷地重複。

Catherine is my sister-in-law. She graduted from the Univ. Wisconcin .

Her family is now living in Dallas.

She, her 都是用來替代 Catherine. 只是 She 是主格， her 是所有格。

德文人稱代名詞用法也類似

Kathrein (Catherine) ist meine Schwägerin. Sie ist die jüngere Schwester meiner Frau.

主格 (Nominative)

* 德文的人稱代名詞和英文有些許不同

1. 尊稱: 德文第二人稱有你(Du) 與您 (Sie) 之差別

2. er / sie 不一定是指人，也可以是"物"

英文中你習以為常，把所有東西都用 it 表達，人用 she/he/it 來表達。德文呢?

I have bougt a Frankfurt sausage but it wasn’t tasty.

Ich habe eine Frankfurt Wurst, aber sie war nicht lecker.

香腸是陰性所以用sie 不管"她"是人是物

同理漢堡是陽性所以會使用 er 也不管"他"是人是物

所有格 (Genitiv) 或稱屬格

* 表達"所有"

* 相當於英文中的 (of) mine、yours、his、hers、ours、theirs

Die Farbe meiner Augen ist schwarz. (The color of my eyes is black.)

Heißt Der Bruder deiner Freundin Richard? (Is the brother of your girlfriend named Richard?)

間接受格 (不加介係詞) (Dativ)

德文的直接受格和間接受格不同字，如下句:

Peter sucht mich. Hilft er mir? (Peter is looking for me. Is he going to help me?)

英文的 I 不管直接受格或間接受格都是用 me

德文 I 直接受格是 mich 間接受格是 mir

(註: 有些德文動詞一定要使用間接受詞，如 schenken 給 bringen 帶 danken謝 helfen幫 schreiben 寫 wünschen 祝 等等等等)
